Euregional youth survey in the ERMN: YES 2023
March 16, 2023

euPrevent and its partners from the Euroregion Rhine Meuse North (ERMN) have launched a People-to-People project to conduct a Youth Euregional Scan (YES 2023) in the region. The aim of the survey is to collect useful and comparable euregional data on young people aged between 13 and 16. The youth survey will examine demographic data, health and wellbeing, substance abuse, physical activity, social media, and gaming. Also specific for this time, the survey will address coping with a crisis situation such as climate change, pandemics or war. Ultimately, this youth survey will provide the necessary health information at the Euregional level, allowing for mutual learning and targeted policy measures to improve the public health in the ERMN. Some of the indicators will be presented in 2024 on www.euregionalhealthatlas.eu, the same way as the already existing data on young people from the Meuse-Rhine Euroregion.

This initiative is partly made possible with funding from Interreg VI A Deutschland-Nederland through the ERMN.
