euPrevent kondigt met trots de lancering aan van haar nieuwste product: de Euregional Health Landscape-kaart<\/strong>. Het doel van deze kaart is om een uitgebreide en grensoverschrijdende weergave te bieden van gezondheidsorganisaties in de grensregio tussen Belgi\u00eb, Nederland en Duitsland.<\/p>\n

Voor inwoners van grensregio’s kunnen gezondheidsdiensten in buurlanden soms dichterbij zijn dan die in het eigen land. Het vinden van deze diensten in een ander land is echter altijd een uitdaging geweest, doordat zoekresultaten vaak beperkt blijven tot nationale grenzen.<\/p>\n

De Euregional Health Landscape<\/strong> biedt een oplossing door gezondheidsorganisaties in de Euregio Maas-Rijn (EMR) en Euregio Rijn-Maas Noord (ERMN) in kaart te brengen. De kaart bevat negen hoofdcategorie\u00ebn van diensten: academische instellingen, ouderenzorg, verslavingszorg, ziekenhuizen, geestelijke gezondheidszorg, pati\u00ebntenorganisaties, publieke gezondheidsinstituten, revalidatiecentra, jeugdzorg.<\/p>\n

Deze gebruiksvriendelijke kaart stelt grensbewoners in staat om eenvoudig grensoverschrijdende gezondheidsbronnen te vinden en te gebruiken, en bevordert een betere toegang tot zorg in de regio. De Euregional Health Landscape<\/strong> is een belangrijke stap vooruit in het aanpakken van de unieke gezondheidszorgbehoeften van grensgemeenschappen.<\/p>\n
