C&rsquo;est pourquoi le r\u00e9seau de citoyennet\u00e9 active (ACN) a port\u00e9 ce sujet vital \u00e0 l&rsquo;attention des d\u00e9cideurs politiques europ\u00e9ens.<\/p>\n<p>Les 25 et 26 juin, euPrevent a particip\u00e9 \u00e0 un \u00e9v\u00e9nement organis\u00e9 par l&rsquo;ACN dans le but d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer la politique de vaccination. Cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement a rassembl\u00e9 des organisations civiles et des institutions de toute l&rsquo;Europe pour discuter de strat\u00e9gies visant \u00e0 renforcer la vaccination des adultes et \u00e0 impliquer toutes les parties prenantes.<\/p>\n<p>Siddhartha Sanka Datta et Siff Malue Nielsen, membres de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe charg\u00e9e de la politique de vaccination au Bureau r\u00e9gional de l&rsquo;OMS pour l&rsquo;Europe, ont partag\u00e9 leurs pr\u00e9cieuses connaissances avec les participants. Les exp\u00e9riences et les bonnes pratiques de diff\u00e9rents pays en mati\u00e8re de promotion des vaccins ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 partag\u00e9es avec le groupe.<\/p>\n<p>Dans de nombreux pays, un programme national de vaccination des enfants est bien \u00e9tabli. Cependant, lorsqu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit de la vaccination des adultes, il existe des id\u00e9es fausses. C&rsquo;est pourquoi quelques points cl\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 soulign\u00e9s :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>La<\/strong> <b>vaccination est un parcours de toute une vie<\/b>: Elle est essentielle \u00e0 la promotion de la sant\u00e9 publique et \u00e0 la pr\u00e9vention des maladies.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Des<\/strong> <b>politiques de vaccination adapt\u00e9es<\/b>: Elles doivent \u00eatre sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 chaque r\u00e9gion et r\u00e9pondre aux besoins locaux.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Des<\/strong> <b>d\u00e9cisions \u00e9clair\u00e9es<\/b>: Les gens doivent recevoir des informations transparentes, expliquant \u00e0 la fois les avantages et les inconv\u00e9nients de la vaccination, plut\u00f4t que d&rsquo;\u00eatre contraints de se faire vacciner.<\/li>\n<li><b>Faciliter la vaccination<\/b>: Les gouvernements et les autorit\u00e9s de sant\u00e9 publique doivent rationaliser les processus de vaccination pour faciliter la vaccination transfrontali\u00e8re et garantir la reconnaissance mutuelle.<\/li>\n<li><b>Gestion ascendante<\/b>: Utiliser les communaut\u00e9s locales et les organisations civiques pour promouvoir la participation au processus de vaccination.<\/li>\n<li><b>Promouvoir l&rsquo;\u00e9quit\u00e9 en mati\u00e8re de vaccination<\/b>: Combler le foss\u00e9 entre les riches et les pauvres et r\u00e9pondre aux besoins des groupes vuln\u00e9rables qui sont souvent n\u00e9glig\u00e9s dans les programmes de vaccination.
