Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, nous recevrons le soutien d’un expert juridique sur l’obstacle de l’application du GDPR et de la l\u00e9gislation nationale dans la coop\u00e9ration transfrontali\u00e8re en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 publique.<\/p>\n

La pand\u00e9mie de COVID-19 a montr\u00e9 qu’une r\u00e9ponse rapide est essentielle. Les diff\u00e9rences dans la mise en \u0153uvre nationale du r\u00e8glement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral sur la protection des donn\u00e9es (GDPR) entre les \u00c9tats membres, et l\u2019absence d’autres l\u00e9gislations nationales ou bilat\u00e9rales emp\u00eachent que des contr\u00f4leurs conjoints situ\u00e9s dans diff\u00e9rents \u00c9tats membres puissent en fait contr\u00f4ler conjointement les donn\u00e9es de contact des citoyens.<\/p>\n
