Ziel ist es einerseits, bereits abgefragte Aspekte, wie Netzwerkarbeit, Surveillance-Ma\u00dfnahmen etc., fortzuf\u00fchren und auszubauen sowie andererseits aktuelle Str\u00f6mungen einflie\u00dfen zu lassen.
